How It Works
The strategy creates a covered calendar spread on SPX: a long call at 120 DTE (low delta, ~0.10) acts as the "tent pole" protecting against runaway moves upward, while a short 1 DTE call is sold each day for premium. The short call is rolled 10–20 minutes before market close using EDR-guided strike selection. In calm markets, the High tier targets $330/contract/day. In moderate volatility, the Medium tier targets $110. In turbulent conditions, the Low tier targets $90.
